- Does AdCrux AI replace my Meta Business account?
- No. AdCrux AI connects to your existing Meta Business account through Facebook Login for Business. You stay the owner of every ad, every page, and every dollar of spend.
- What does the autopilot actually do?
- It pulls your insights every 24 hours, runs a rules engine over each active campaign, and takes one of four actions: kill ads with low CTR after a minimum spend threshold, shift budget toward the best-performing ad set within a daily cap, refresh creative when frequency climbs too high, and pause the campaign if CPA stays double your target for three days. Every action is logged with a reason.
- Will the AI-generated ads look like AI?
- We use a single image model tuned for product photography and a copy model constrained by your brand voice. You approve every creative before it ever reaches Meta. Nothing auto-publishes.
- Do you support TikTok or Google?
- Not in v1. We're focused entirely on Meta (Facebook + Instagram). When we add a second channel, it'll be done with the same depth — not as a checkbox feature.
- What happens if I hit my plan's creative credit cap?
- You can buy more credits at-cost or upgrade. Existing creatives and live campaigns are never paused for billing reasons.
